Line Update – Quantum Collapse

When Quantum Collapse hit in Summer of 2016, it provided a new setting for Mutants and Masterminds to explore a variety of alternate earths. While exploring worlds where the Romans maintained power or the British, French, and Spanish colonies continued to fight, heroes were presented with unique obstacles and challenges. The Quantum Collapse team was not finished, however, and immediately began work on new heroes and new villains from additional alternate earths to oppose the heroes.

Quantum Collapse: WERWOLF should be available either late 2017 or early 2018. It focuses on a powerful group of super villains from World War II Germany who have survived underground for 70 years. Now they have reemerged, stronger and more powerful than ever. How will heroes handle this threat?

Quantum Collapse: The Patriot Squad will be available in 2018. When New Jersey officially sponsors a superhero team, called Turning Point, their adversaries, P.Y.T.H.O.N., begin to turn up the heat. Caught in the middle are a group of students with their own super problems.

As with Extras! Quantum Collapse Issue #0, expect some crossover products in other lines.

Do You Know Christi Baum?

Do you know Christi Baum? Come inside for an introduction.

Christi has had a long journey into the game industry and nerd-dom in general. Her launching off point for tabletop games happened in 1992 when she was introduced by her future husband, one Curtis Baum, more about him later. The duo traveled together through the realms that had been Forgotten, the world of the Dragonlance as well as long sessions Everquesting together. Now Christi works alongside Curtis as editor and layout artist and when not fixing Curtis’ grammar, she’s maintaining this very website and spreading the gospel of D3 Adventures across the social media sphere and making sure that our releases are properly uploaded to the various online stores.

To say that she has become an invaluable asset to the team would be an understatement.

Christi’s editorial and layout work can be seen throughout the Adventure!, Tangent!, Extras!, and Romp! product lines. In addition, she is currently working on the layout for the upcoming release of the PoD version of Quantum Collapse.

Be sure to join us next Monday when we learn more about our Senior Line Developer; Curtis Baum.
